The Eurostrut ESL-T Tee Piece is a horizontal branch fitting for the ESL marine ladder, designed to create branch connections within cable routing systems. The tee piece enables a main cable route to split into multiple directions while maintaining continuous cable support, ventilation, and structural integrity. It is suitable for use in commercial buildings, industrial installations, machine construction, and marine environments.
The tee piece is manufactured from cold-formed carbon steel and is supplied as standard with a hot-dip galvanized finish in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 1461. The heavy-duty zinc coating of approximately 85–120 µm provides enhanced long-term corrosion protection, making the fitting suitable for outdoor installations and demanding industrial or marine environments with increased corrosion exposure. The cable support system is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 61537 / EN 61537 and is suitable for installations designed in accordance with IEC 60364 and comparable national installation standards.
The construction is designed specifically for the Eurostrut ESL marine ladder system and features an open ladder design with perforated rungs (20 × 8.5 mm) and solid side rails without perforations, ensuring consistent cable support throughout the complete branch section. The tee piece is connected to straight ladder sections using ESL-SC or ESL-VC splice plates (not included). The ESL-T is fully compatible with the complete Eurostrut ESL system, including divider strips (ESL-DIV), hold-down clamps (ESL-HC), hook bolts (ESL-HB), and fixing sets (ESL-SB, EFS).
