The EFB60 90° horizontal bend is a fitting for the ECL60 cable ladder system and is designed to create a 90° horizontal change of direction within cable routes. The bend ensures smooth cable guidance while maintaining the mechanical continuity of the cable ladder system. It is suitable for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure installations and integrates seamlessly with straight ECL60 cable ladders.

The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a zinc coating thickness of 60 to 70 µm. Hot dip galvanizing is applied after fabrication, providing complete corrosion protection for all surfaces, welded joints, and cut edges. The bend is also available in stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) and AISI 316L (1.4404) for corrosive or hygienic environments. A RAL powder-coated finish is available on request.

The horizontal bend has a standard angle of 90° with a radius of 300 mm and is manufactured from 3 mm steel to provide high structural strength. The fitting is supplied with integrated connectors and includes 4x ESL-SB M10x20 fixing set (carriage bolt M10x20, nut, and washer), enabling fast, secure, and accurately aligned installation. The bend is fully compatible with all ECL60 cable ladders, couplers, and other ECL60 system components.
